Delivery and installation is available within 60 miles of Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Prices are including delivery and installation unless specified otherwise. Lead time is usually around 4 weeks, however during busy periods this is likely to be longer. However, this will all be discussed and a date will be arranged before any deposit is paid. We will need to know in advance what the access to the garden is ie is there a narrow pathway. In some cases we may have to alter the way the panels are made in order to get them to te site.

If you are after a Bespoke building then lead time will usually be slightly longer than for a standard size.

Please dont hesitate to ask any questions you may have, we will do our very best to ensure you get the building you are looking for.

Before any deposit is taken, we will confirm all details with you regarding access, a date for installation, exact spec etc. We take a 50% deposit then the rest on completion of the job. There may be exceptions in the cases of very large buildings where payment s may be split up into 3-4 installments.

Before proceeding we must know that there is a level base in place for us to install on.

Once both parties are happy to proceed we you will receive and invoice via email which can be paid via bank transfer or cash. Once it has been paid you will receive a receipt. The same process will occur once the job has been completed.

We can take down small/medium sized sheds/summerhouses for a small fee. However we do not dispose of old buildings, or soil/anything dug up if we are installing a base as well. We will leave the area tidy and bag up any earth which is dug up.

It is absolutely crucial that your building has a solid level base. Optional include;

-Eco/Grid base

-Decking

We offer a concrete base service for small-medium sized buildings and we can also install timber framed and Eco/grid bases.

We will need to know in advance what the access to the property is, in case of restrictions etc. This will all be discussed before an order has been placed.

We usually like to arrive at a property first thing in the morning around 8am. This gives us all day to get everything spot on. You do not need to be present when we install the building, s long as we know in advance and we can still access the area.
